With the building in a very poor state, structurally, works to reconnect the façade to the party walls, and internal structural works have now been completed.

Groundworks have run concurrently, with a lowering of the basement and underpinning completed two weeks ahead of programme, enabling us to erect the scaffold and begin works on the new closet wing and new roof.
