Working for a private developer, the project comprised the delivery of two new-build 3-bedroom houses at the end of a very desirable mews located in a beautiful corner of Belgravia.

The existing property on the site was demolished to allow for two well thought out 4-floor mews houses including basements.
The properties each feature 3 bedroom suites, open-plan living and dining rooms, off-street parking and media rooms, plus landscaped terraces and light wells providing the basement bedrooms with natural light.

The project involved a basement extension and complete reconfiguration of the upper floors to create a beautiful, light-filled mews house of over 4,000 sq ft for our developer client.

The property comprises four bedroom suites, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, plus a formal reception, gym, cinema and games room and garage. Features include underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, integrated AV, scene-controlled lighting, with Italian marble bathrooms and bespoke joinery.

Following the excavation of a two-storey basement and steel frame superstructure, this was a project in two parts, with the early handover of the four-storey office portion of the development for the early occupation by our client, and full fit-out of both the residential and commercial portions to a very high standard.

Located in Battersea just south of the river near the entrance to Battersea Park East, we took possession of the two remaining commercial units in an old 19th century Bakery on the ground floor.

Construction saw the conversion and refurbishment of two two-bedroomed apartments, with the project executed on a very tight construction programme within a fully occupied high end residential building.

The Chelsea Townhouses

Located within the Brompton Quarter in the heart of Chelsea, we demolished a 1960s commercial block to create three new-build properties of just over 4,000 sq ft each. Featuring double-height kitchens, four bedroom suites, a cinema, lift and a garage, each house was finished to a very high standard.

The developer achieved a GDV of £30m, representing a premium of 30% in relation to the previous highest property value in the street.

The Penthouses

MAYFAIR W1

Continuing our long standing relationship with a central London developer, the project consisted of the addition of a two storey extension to an existing mansion block to form new sixth and seventh floors, creating two duplex penthouses.

Following the demolition of the existing sixth floor accommodation, a new steel framed structure with a traditional brick façade and elegant sash windows was then created. Alongside the introduction of a completely new lift, the existing passenger lift was refurbished and extended up to the sixth and seventh floors.
